Let’s work together to get Jen elected, your support is greatly appreciated!
I’d like to Donate!
With your help we can run a great campaign!
Candidates may spend up to $30,000. Jen will refuse donations from developers. “I don’t think developers are evil, I just don’t want any perception that I’m working in favour of a certain view,” says Jen. “No other profession has the ability to shape the city as much as developers. Their opinions still matter, but in Halifax they have been listened to a great deal. It is time to turn the tables.”
By law, no municipal candidate is allowed to receive money from companies or unions. SO, it’s up to you! Individuals can contribute up to $1,000. Unfortunately, tax receipts are not issued for municipal campaign donations.
